Hours: Monday- Friday Booking: A $30 Non-refundable is required to book. This deposit is valid for ONE rescheduling. Rescheduled appointments/ cancellations must be made AT LEAST 12hours in advance. Rescheduling your appointment after 12 hours of your appointment will require a new $20 deposit. Fees(cancellations/Late arrival/No shows): All clients have a 10 minute grace period, if you’re late more than 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Please communicate with me if you are arriving late. I understand things happen but please reach out to me. Cancellation fee is 40% of the service if 12hrs or less before the appointment. NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service. NO Refunds are offered but I offer Free Fixies within the first 1-2 days if there are any issues. NO extra guests allowed to come in with you for your appointment. Unless arranged with me. REFILLS: You must still have 50-40% of your lashes for it to be considered a fill. If you come in with less than 40% it will be considered a FULL SET. You will be charged accordingly. Come with clean lashes! Anything after 3 weeks will be considered a full set. They may appear full still but all outgrown lashes will be removed.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I charge a 100% fee for any NO-SHOWS. Please let me know ahead of time if you would like to reschedule your appointment!🤍
